The prayer in this Petition has been made to direct the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation for establishing "Additional Tahasil Office" at Umadi. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid prayer, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No. 1 - the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's representation dated 3rd August, 2017 (Exhibit D).

The Petitioner is granted liberty to submit a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 1- Principal Secretary within two weeks from today.

On receipt of the said application, the said authority can examine and take appropriate decision on the said representation as expeditiously as possible preferably within one month from the date of receipt of copy of such application. 6.

All contentions are kept open including the option to challenge the Government Resolution.

The Petition is disposed of as such.
