Parties have tendered consent terms dated 2nd May 2024. Consent terms is taken on record and marked "X" for identification with today's date. Consent terms are signed by petitioner no. 4.i.a(c) for himself and as constituted attorney of all petitioners (except Digitally signed by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date:

Signatories of the consent terms are present in court. They admit their signatures and the contents of the consent terms. Consent terms is signed by their respective Advocates and signatories are identified by their respective Advocates.

In view of the amicable settlement between the parties the petitioners seek leave to delete petitioner nos. 5 to 9 and respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4. Learned counsel for respondent on instructions has no objection for deleting of the said parties. Particulars regarding deletion of the said parties by consent is also stated in the consent terms. Petitioner is therefore permitted to delete petitioner nos. 5 to 9 and respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4. In view of clause (3) of the consent terms learned Advocate for the petitioner is also permitted to delete petitioner no. 4.i.b. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Reverification is dispensed with.

I have perused the consent terms. The terms of the consent terms are in accordance with law. Undertakings given in the consent 2/3
terms by the respective parties are accepted as undertaking to the court. The annexures to the consent terms also to be treated as part of the consent terms.
