The Application is filed to bring on record Legal Representatives of deceased Respondent No.4. The application states that Respondent No.4 died on 12.7.2018. The legal Respresentative namely Shri. Gopal V. Rawool is served with the copy of application by hand. Simultaneously it is stated that the copies of application are served on Advocates for Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Perusal of Proceedings reveal that the true copy of death certificate of Respondent No.4 is filed revealing date of his death as 12.7.2018. An Affidavit of service with Exhibit 'A' & 'B' is placed on record revealing service of Application on Advocates for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 as well as his alleged Respondent of dead Respondent No.4. Despite service of Application, till date none has appeared in the matter. Since the Application is within time and none has raised any objection, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer clause 'A'.
