Having heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Respondent No.1 to decide the appeal No.6 of 2015 filed by the Petitioner challenging the order dated 20th April, 2015 passed by the Respondent No.2, as expeditiously as possible and preferrably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the Megha 1/2
