The learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that during the pendency of this application, the charge-sheet is filed and the applicant wishes to approach the court of sessions at Pune for his release on bail in the changed circumstances. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty in that behalf. Liberty as prayed for is granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach the appropriate court in district Pune for the same relief. 3.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
