This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR NO.I-181/2016 registered with Narpoli Police Station, Bhiwandi, Thane. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicant in ABA NO.1234 of 2016 to implead the original complainant as respondent no.2. The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the copy of the amended application be served upon the learned counsel for the complainant within the said stipulated period. Application is allowed In the aforesaid terms.
