The learned APP on instructions states that the investigation has been completed and the Investigating Officer will submit a final report claiming 'C' summary within a period of three weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

In view of this statement, at this stage, it is not necessary to entertain this Application under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. We accordingly dispose of the Application. In the event 'C' summary report is not accepted by the learned Magistrate, we grant liberty to the Applicant to file a fresh Application on the same cause of action.
