By this civil application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 16th July 2018 passed by this Court thereby admitting Writ Petition No.7236 of 2015 and granting stay in terms of prayer clause (B) after hearing both the parties.

Learned counsel for the review petitioner (original respondent no.1) could not point out any error apparent on the face of the record for recall of the order dated 16th July 2018. Civil application is throughly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
