This Appeal is directed against the order dated 3rd August, 2013 which was passed for the execution of decree under Order XXI Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said order, the possession of the suit premises is already taken by the Respondent on 30th August, 2013. Therefore, now the Appeal become infructuous. Hence, the Appeal stands dismissed.
