In view of the Consent Terms dated 5th January, 2018, executed between both the parties in criminal Revision Application No.442 of 2017, the sentence imposed by the trial Court vide judgment and order dated 13th April, 2015, confirmed by the Appellate Court vide judgment and order dated 18th July, 2017, is suspended and the applicant no.1 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one or more sureties in the like amount. Bail application is disposed.
