Counsel for the applicants informs that the applicants are charge-sheeted and in view of change in circumstances leave be granted to amend the application.

In view of the fact that the application is pending since last more than five years, so also, the applicants are charge-sheeted, in our opinion, warrants complete change in the pleadings. 4.

That being so, the application stands disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the applicants to file a fresh application questioning the charge-sheet.
