The respondent No. 4 was the mother of respondents. She died on 17th May, 2019. Now the applicant has filed this Civil Application to delete the 4th Respondent's name because already the other respondents as well as the applicant sufficiently represent the matter. For the reasons mentioned in the application, I allow it.

ORDER

1. Civil Application No. 307 of 2019 is allowed.

2. The 4th Respondent's name stands deleted.

3. The applicant to take steps to delete the name of 4th Respondent in two weeks time.

4. The applicant is 71 years old and stated to be bed-ridden . The requirement of re-verification is dispensed with. (DAMA SESHADRI NAIDU) J.) Sonali Patil
