Both learned counsel submits that, both the parties settled their matter out of the Court. Both the learned counsel tendered Consent Terms, it is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Both the learned counsel submits that, these Consent Terms will be filed before the Family Court at Pune. Both learned counsel further submits that, as per conditions mentioned N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

29-MCA-294-2023.doc in Consent Terms the Respondent is paying Demand Draft of Rs.50,000/- to the Applicant. The learned counsel for the Applicant accepted the said Demand Draft.

In view of the Consent Terms, the Applicant is withdrawing this Application.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and in view of the Consent Terms the Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of.
