This appeal is preferred by Insurance Company challenging the judgment and award dated 16.04.2014 passed by M.A.C.T. Pune in M.A.C.P. No. 334 of 2012 holding that Respondent-claimant are entitled to Rs.59,08,032/- with 8% interest p.a. by way of compensation.

Admit.

Appellants to file private paper book within one year from today, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
