2) The petitioners, at this stage, are challenging the interviews based upon advertisement of the year 2016 which are stated to be held in this month. The petitioners have also challenged the list based upon the said advertisement. We are not inclined to accept the case of the petitioners at this stage as the petitioners themselves have appeared based upon the same advertisement for the posts in question. By keeping all points open, the petition is disposed of with liberty. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs.
