This Interim Application is for bringing legal heirs of Petitioner No.1B - Dilip Laxman Sane on record. It is stated that Petitioner No.1B has passed away on 7th April 2021.

The present Application is filed within the period of limitation after taking into consideration the extension of limitation allowed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Suo Moto Writ Petition (Civil) No.3/2020. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out forthwith and in any event during the course of the day.
