The learned Counsel for the parties, on instructions, state that as far as the custody of the child and long term visitation rights,

As regards the interim arrangement about the visitation rights, both, the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 have given their suggestions in writing.

List the matter on board on 23 December 2021, under the caption "For Directions", so that modalities regarding visitation rights till the Family Court hears the matter as above, can be worked out. 5.
