1] In pursuance of Order dated 6th August 2019, the petitioners have annexed Order dated 13th December 1999 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No. 13564 of 1999. 2] During the course of arguments, this Court put a query to the learned Advocate for the petitioners about other relevant documents and Orders which gave rise for filing the said Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No.13564 of 1999 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, the said documents are not necessary for decision of the present petition. 1/2

It appears that the petitioners have not approached this Court with clean hands.
