This is an application for condonation of delay of 24 days in preferring Appeal from Order, challenging the order dated 1st July 2016 passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Mumbai in Notice of Motion No..... of 2016 in L.C. Suit No.1427 of 2016. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, sufficient cause being made out for condonation of delay of 24 days, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
