Applicant is seeking modifcation of the bail condition (iii) of the order dated 10th December, 2018 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.3023 of 2018.

The State apprehends that the applicant may not be available for trial.

Applicant is accused in NDPS Special Case No.72 of 2018. Trial has not yet commenced. Applicant has reported to the police station as directed by this Court while he was released on bail.
