The applicants have prayed for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.2 of 2016 punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149, 354, 504, 506 of the IPC.

Learned APP on instructions made a statement that the applicants are already charge-sheeted.

In view of aforesaid change in circumstances, the application is not pressed.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. 5.

However, the disposal of this application will not come in the way of the applicants in moving for discharge before the Court below or in alternate for questioning the charge-sheet before this Court by taking out fresh petition which will be decided in accordance with law.
