Parties are present along with their respective Advocates. Learned APP appears for the State. 2.

After a matrimonial dispute, daughter-in-law Vibha and mother-in-law Umadevi have filed cross complaints. As the matter is settled amicably, parties are requesting for

Accordingly, consent afÏdavit has been submitted by mother-in-law Smt. Umadevi in Cri. Application No. 978 of 2019.

Modified consent terms relating to alimony are presented in Court by parties today. These consent terms are signed by all the parties as also their Advocates. 5.

The daughter-in-law Vibha states that she is satisfied with the settlement. She is also satisfied with the arrangement made for education and marriage of her daughter.

In view of these developments and joint request, we allow Cri. Application No. 978 of 2019 in terms of prayer clause (A) and Cri. Application No. 1001 of 2019 in terms of prayer clause (a). Both the applications are accordingly disposed of.
