P.C.:- 1) At the outset, learned APP on instructions from Mr. Dalvi, PSI Malad Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime i.e. C.R. No.0814 of 2022, police have filed charge-sheet in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 24th Court, Borivali, Mumbai and the same has been numbered as C.C. No.3617/PW/2023. 2) In view thereof, the Petitioners are having substantive alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court. 3) By reserving the said alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off. 4) All contentions of both parties are kept open.
