The challenge in this petition is to an interim order dated 12 th July, 2017 in Complaint (ULP) No. 174 of 2013 whereby the application seeking interim relief of protection for eviction from official accommodation. The impugned order rejected the application finding that the petitioner had failed to make out a prima facie case.

Today it is submitted that the main complaint is now ready for hearing and is listed on 27 th January, 2019. The Industrial Court will proceed to take up the matter for hearing. Complaint will be decided on its own merits and this Court has not granted any protection on merits of the rival contention. Both parties are ready and willing to proceed with the hearing of the complaint and neither party will seek adjournments. (A.K. MENON,J.) 1/1
