1] By the present petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, petitioner has questioned legality of Order dated 9.8.2017 passed by the respondent No.1 rejecting objection raised by the petitioner to the final voter's list.

2] The record indicates that the respondent No.1, after taking into consideration the objections raised by the petitioner has rejected it. Apart from the said fact, it is to be noted here that as per the schedule of election, the same will be conducted on 10.9.2017 and as of today the 1/2

wp.9379-2017 process of filing nomination forms is already over. 3] After perusing the impugned order, I find no error or illegality in the order passed by the respondent No.1.
