After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the age of the victim girl i. e. seven years, the trial of the Applicant is expedited, lest, the victim girl forgets the incident due to passage of time. Learned Judge to conclude the trial within one year from the date of receipt of this order.
