After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this matter, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application. He, however, pointed that there was love affair between the victim and the applicant. The applicant himself is 21 years of age. 2.

Considering these circumstances, the application is allowed to be withdrawn. However, taking into account the fact that there was apparently some love affair between the victim and the applicant and also taking into account the fact that the applicant is 21 years of age, I am inclined to expedite the trial. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed to be withdrawn.

(ii) The trial is expedited. Learned Trial Judge is requested to make an effort to complete the trial within a period of nine months from today.
