Present Petition is filed for quashing of FIR No. 0173 of 2022 under Sections 498A, 504 and 506 registered with Warje Malwadi Police Station, Pune.

At the outset, learned APP submitted that, after completion of investigation, Police have submitted charge-sheet on 7th October, 2022 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, (Court Room No.3), Shivajinagar, Pune.

In view thereof, Petitioner has a substantive alternate remedy by way of filing of discharge Application as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. 1/2

Accordingly, Petition is disposed off by reserving liberty to Petitioner to adopt appropriate alternate remedy as may be permissible under the provisions of Cr.P.C.
