This Application is made by the Insurance Co. for condonation of 180 days delay in filing the appeal challenging the award dated 18/10/2013 passed by the MACT, Nasik in MACP No.381/2009. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. At the same time, the Applicant has to pay cost of Rs.500/- to Respondent No.1 or their Advocate.

a.

Delay of 180 days in filing the appeal challenging the award dated 18/10/2013 passed by the MACT, Nasik in MACP No.381/2009 is condoned.

Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
