Advocates for respective parties on instructions states that recitals in the consent terms have been complied with. Hence, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petitions. 4.

The parties shall act in accordance with the recitals in the

consent terms.

Undertaking in the consent terms are accepted. 6.

Both the writ petitions are disposed of in view of the consent terms.
