The learned Counsel for the Applicant having taken instructions from his client seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file appropriate application for pre-arrest bail. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and in the event the Applicant approaches the Court for pre-arrest bail, the same shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
