There is a delay of 358 days in preferring this application, but learned counsel for both the parties submit that the matter is amicably settled between the parties and the 'Consent Terms' will be filed on 25th September 2018.

In view thereof, the delay is condoned. Civil Application is allowed, with no order as to costs.
