Mr. Shinde, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly states that the Petitioner has partly complied with the order dated 01.09.2023 passed by this Court and has deposited an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- only instead of Rs. 2,00,000/-, as directed by this Court. He further states that affidavit/undertaking as directed by order dated 01.09.2023 is not filed. However, after taking instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in Court, he states that the Petitioner will deposit an amount of Rs. 7,00,000/- on or before 29.09.2023. 2.
