Mr. Marne the learned counsel for respondent no.1 placed on record the order dated 7.9.2015 passed by the Appropriate Authority of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. Order reveals that petitioners' licence under the Pre-conception Shivgan 2/3

and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 (In short 'Said Act') is renewed for a period of 5 years with effect from 1.9.2015. Mr. Thorat, the learned counsel for petitioners in view of the renewal of the petitioners' licence under the said Act seeks leave to withdraw the petitions. Leave granted. Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn.
