Learned AGP waives service on behalf of respondents no. 1 and 2.

Mr. Misal waives service on behalf of respondents 3 and 4. By consent of the parties, writ petition is heard finally. 2.

By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner seeks an order and direction against the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioner annexed at Exhibit C to the petition and for

other reliefs.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner only presses for order and direction to respondents to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioner. Statement is accepted.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 3 and 4 states that the representation made by the petitioner would be decided within six weeks from today. Statement is accepted. 5.

Respondents no. 3 and 4 shall pass an order on representation within time prescribed and to communicate the order that would be passed to the petitioner within one week thereafter. If the said order is adverse against the petitioner, petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 6.

If the representation of petitioner is accepted, the consequential reliefs shall be granted to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of deciding such order in favour of the petitioner.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view on the merits of the case.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 9.

Writ petition is allowed in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Rule is made absolute.
