Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This Application is for restoration of Writ Petition No. 11597 of 2013 which was dismissed in view of conditional order dated 10.04.2015 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I).

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that by mistake, it remained on their part to comply the conditional order dated 10.04.2015 passed by learned Registrar.

He submits that applicant undertakes to comply the said order within three weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to restore the Writ Petition No. 11597/2013 to its stage as was just prior to its dismissal."

b) Applicant to comply the conditional order dated 10.04.2015 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I) within three weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
