P.C.:- By the present Application, the Applicant has challenged the impugned Order dated 18th July 2018 passed below Exhibit 63 in Sessions Case No. 312 of 2008 by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-7, Thane rejecting the Application for discharge under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It is the fact on record that, after rejection of the said Application, the Trial Court has framed charge and the process of recording of evidence has already been began. The present Application has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
