Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This Application is for condonation of 447 days delay in preferring the Civil Application for restoration of Writ Petition No. 11597 of 2013. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"a) That the delay of 447 days caused in preferring the Application for restoration of the Writ Sneha Chavan 1/2

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
