By consent of the parties, the Order dated 7th October, 2021 declaring the Petitioner No. 1 as an unsuccessful bidder is set aside. The Petitioners and the Successful Bidder - Omkara ARC are allowed to bid in open Court. In the bidding held before the Court, the bid of Omkara ARC of Rs.20.25 Crores being the highest bid is accepted subject to Omakara ARC abiding by all the terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document/s.

The learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No. 1 on instructions states that Respondent No. 1 accepts all the terms and conditions set out in the tender document/s. The statement is accepted.
