Heard Mr. Anilkumar Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Kunal Kanungo, learned Counsel for the respondent, at length.

Mr. Patil states that the learned trial Judge has fixed the matter for final arguments on 30.3.2019. In view thereof, he has instructions not to press this petition.

It is not disputed that the respondent has not paid the maintenance @ Rs.5,000/- per month from July, 2018 till date as per the order dated 26.11.2013 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court No.2, Mumbai below Exhibit-24 in A.536/2012. Mr. Kanungo assures that within one week from today, the respondent-husband will pay the amount as per that order. The statement made by Mr. Kanungo is recorded.

Mr. Patil states that the petitioner-wife will bring the child for giving access to the respondent-husband on every 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday in the Children Complex of Family Court, Bandra. Let that access be given to the respondent-husband in presence of the Child Counselor. In addition, the representative of Muskan NGO is requested to supervise the access. Copy of this order shall be given to the representative of Muskan NGO. The Registry shall also transmit the copy of this order to Muskan NGO forthwith. Liberty to move this Court in case of any difficulty. The parties assure that they will extend full cooperation for early disposal of the divorce proceedings pending before the Family Court, Bandra.

Subject to aforesaid, on the motion made by Mr. Patil, the petition is disposed of as not pressed. Order accordingly. 6.
