Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been given provisional admission subject to submitting Scheduled Tribe certificate as belonging to "Mannervarlu" on or before 20th November, 2020.

Upon perusal of the title cause of the petition, it is noticed that the office of Respondent No.2, who has passed the impugned order, is situate at Aurangabad. Mr.Mendadkar, learned Counsel realising the difficulty that the office of Respondent No.2 is situate at Aurangabad, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file petition at Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.

The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file the same before Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. 5.

Needless to observe that since the petition is withdrawn with liberty to approach Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, all contentions raised on merits in the petition are kept open to be agitated. 6.

This petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 7.
