Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The prayer in the application is for condonation of delay in depositing rent of Rs.144/- for six months from July to December 2017 which had become payable under order dated 19th September 2011 and that the applicant be permitted to deposit the rent for the said 6 months.

Learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 has no objection if the amount of rent is deposited by the applicant. 5.

The Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The amount be deposited within a period of four weeks from today. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant shall deposit future rent well within time. [G.S. KULKARNI, J.]
