1) By this application, the applicant is seeking permission to travel abroad from 16th September 2016 to 21st September 2016 to the countries namely Malaysia and Singapore.
2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on an earlier occasion the applicant was permitted by this Court to travel abroad by an Order dated 13.1.2015. He submitted that in pursuance of the said Order, the applicant travelled abroad and returned back to India without committing any breach of the conditions imposed upon him.
Dond 2/2 appp.703-2016.sxw 3) In view of the above and in view of the facts mentioned in the application, I inclined to allow the applicant to travel abroad i.e. to Malaysia and Singapore during the period from 16th September 2016 to 21st September 2016. 4) Hence the following Order:
(i) The applicant is permitted to travel abroad i.e.to Malaysia and Singapore during the period from 16th September 2016 to 21st September 2016.
(ii) Before leaving India, the applicant shall submit detailed itinerary to the Investigating Officer.
(ii) After his return from abroad, the applicant shall intimate the said fact to the concerned Investigating Officer within three days from 21st September 2016.
5) Criminal Application No.703 of 2016 is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
