The petitioner is challenging the order rejecting the application for appointment on compassionate ground. The learned AGP submits that the petitioner has a remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
