In view of the fact that the last date of admission has expired, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition.

The learned AGP submits that cost be imposed on the Petitioner for making a false averment. However, we are not inclined to accept the statement made by the learned AGP in view of the fact that the Petitioner's claim was favourably forwarded by the University. Vishal Parekar 1/2

Be that as it may, we allow the Petitioner to withdraw the Petition on the ground that the last date of admission has expired, without imposing the cost.
