This civil application has been moved for urgent reliefs. 1.

This civil application seeks to delete paragraphs 13(a) to 13 (f) in the petition besides seeking to add two more paragraphs to the petition. 2.

Ms. Tulpule, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1 has no objection to the amendments being allowed. The deletion 13(a) to 13(f) is consequent to the order dated 9th August, 2017of this court in the Civil Application No. 609 of 2017 in this petition wherein the Applicants' statement that the averments / allegations made in the civil V.A. CAW 1977 of 2017.doc application No. 605 of 2017 and the petition have proceeded on the misunderstanding of the correct facts on the part of the Petitioners. 3.

The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Civil application is accordingly. disposed of.
