The petitioner/wife had filed the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act for maintenance pendent lite at the rate of Rs.1,20,000/- per month for herself and for her two minor children. 2.
By the order impugned, the trial Court rejected the application qua the petitioner by observing that the parties have not filed documents in support of their assets and liability affidavit. 3.
The petitioner is permitted to file fresh application along with necessary documents. If such application is filed, the Trial Court shall decide it on it'
s own merit, as early as possible and in any case within four months from the date of filing of such application. Sayyed 1 / 2

Needless to mention that respondent No.2 shall comply with order impugned as regards the maintenance granted to the children. 5.
The Petition is disposed of.
