1] In furtherance of Court order dated 23rd January 2020, learned APP submits that the prisoner is also an accused in 22 cases including bomb blast matters in State of Gujarat where the trial has already begun and more than 1000 witnesses have been examined. Now, his statement under section 313 of Cr.P.C. is being recorded.

2] His prayer before this Court is to expedite the sessions trial in Mumbai Court. Nominal roll produced by learned APP is taken on record as "Exhibit-A".
