The Petitioner was constrained to approach this Court on account of the fact that her appointment as a lecturer came under a cloud on account of the post against which she was appointed required de-reservation of the post; which otherwise had to be filled by member of a Nomadic Tribe.

During pendency of the Petition a direction has been issued by the Director of Higher Education, State of Maharashtra according approval to the University to de-reserve the post. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that under the circumstances, the Petition having been rendered infructuous the same be disposed of by passing necessary directions. 4.
