1) This is second application for extension of time to furnish sureties. By an Order dated 29th July 2016 passed in Criminal Application No.581 of 2016, time to furnish sureties security was extended by four weeks. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the scheduled date, the surety was unable to attend before the Trial Court and therefore the process of verification could not be completed. 2) In view of the above, time to furnish surety is hereby extended by 6 six weeks from today, as a last chance. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted on any count.
